"Gillian Sisto represents all the good things about State Farm and humanity in general. She is an absolute all-star at what she does. We reported some issues we were having with claims and Gillian was kind, supportive and extremely helpful in addressing our needs and, unfortunately, our complaint. She followed up with us (rare right?!), treated us like her own family and helped us navigate a frustrating situation with ease when we felt helpless. She was able to get us in touch with the right person, who helped us and understood what we were going through. Not to mention, she also let our Agent Cindy know what was going on and she also assisted the situation. I mean how much better does it get? This is THE office if you want State Farm. "Always lovely to work with this office. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are organized and go out of their way to make sure we are getting the best service and the best deal possible. "I pulled into the parking lot of State Farm Insurance with it pouring down rain and had a sleeping child in the back seat. I called the office just to confirm if they were open. Crystal Torres answered the phone and not only were they open, she said she could assist me over the phone without even getting out of my car.
